Thursday 18th November at 9am in the Hall. All 3 TY classes.

News is Short and Sweet today folks

Please use this class to catch up on……..

  • Work Experience forms, come get one if you have changed work experience or lost yours, your wellbeing teachers need all updated info on this
  • Work experience diary, get it up to date, you all have a copy in the classroom
  • Competition entries, have you all entered at least one.
  • Date your student diary up to Christmas and use it regularly to plan for yourself. It is not a homework diary. It's your personal planner for the course.
  • Fill in a review of how last week went into your diary
  • Make notes of a to do list for yourself in the diary for the coming week.
  • Make sure you email your teachers if you have missed an assessment last week
  • Work on your soapbox entries
  • Work on your debate
  • Figure out your activities for Gaisce and JOhn Paul if you haven’t already done so
  • Make contact with volunteer opportunities
  • Fill in the Volunteer log in the shared doc in your drive
  • Newspaper team should start thinking about ideas, email Victoria to arrange a time you could meet with her.
  • Social Media ambassadors start thinking about a campaign to highlight internet safety across the school community
  • Enterprise students work on your business for the trade fair, set up a group so you can communicate across classes and outside of school. You could use a shared folder in the google drive.

So much to do…...Who says TY is a doss…………If that is what it feels like to you then you are not doing it!!.......................Get busy.
